All being is vibrating energy and can be transformed through it.

“Vibrating High”
Our Earth has been undergoing changes for several years and is currently also altering its frequencies. Perhaps some of you have already heard of the “Schumann frequency.”
We humans need to “vibrate high” in order to adjust our bodies to the constantly rising frequencies, or to successfully transform. What does this mean in plain terms? First of all, it means returning to personal responsibility. The past four years have demanded a lot from all of us, but they have also given us new opportunities to make changes. In one of my recent seminars, I heard the sentence, “What have you already done to overcome your illness?”
In my opinion, “vibrating high” is part of this. Fear, anger, envy, guilt, and hatred belong to the lower vibrations, whereas love, gratitude, acceptance, and forgiveness belong to the higher vibrations. And the beautiful thing is, none of this costs any money! At most, it requires some effort...

There are also animals and plants that "vibrate at a high frequency" and thus support our self-healing.

First, the cat should be mentioned. A content cat in the house can raise vibrations from 40 up to 120 Hz. Anyone who falls asleep at night with a purring cat in bed can consider themselves lucky, because these high vibrations are pure medicine. These vibrations calm us and reduce stress. Studies have shown that they stimulate the healing of bones and tissue. But cats are not always present – plants are, and they can do even more. For example, citrus 90 Hz, lavender 118 Hz, incense 140 Hz, cannabis 220 Hz, and rose 300 Hz. Classical music, particularly music by Mozart, Bach, or Handel, can also reach up to 300 Hz, which our ancestors already knew. The highest vibrations are produced by prayer, ranging from 120 to 350 Hz! Additionally, we generate high vibrations through everything that brings us joy, such as loving, laughing, caring for animals, and doing sports. sing, dance, enjoy walks and nature, and so on. Also, pure sunshine, drinking good water, walking barefoot on the meadow activates our healing, which we are all currently experiencing. It is also important to listen to our children and grandchildren, because they often explain the world today better than we ever could. Turn off the media, get out of fear, and into nature is the motto. So sing, dance, laugh, love, and live! muk-spirit
